This ring does pretty much the exact same thing as the Oura, but at a fraction of the price. It's reasonably comfortable (the band is thicker than I'm used to because of the sensors), but it isn't heavy, and it charges quickly and the charge lasts for several days before requiring a recharge. It monitors activity, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, sleep, and body temperature. I particularly like the sleep monitoring feature - it breaks down the time in different sleep stages: light, deep and REM. The fact that you don't have to pay a monthly fee to access the app is an added bonus. If you're thinking about getting an Oura, try this first before spending $500. Read more

It is easy to connect with my phone and capable of tracking all sorts of health information; sleep quality, body temp.,oxygen levels, heart rate, etc. For the price, you cannot beat it. I've experimented with dozens of watches and rings...this ring exceeds my expectations! The Qring app reporting is extraordinary; an abundance of info and allows scrolling to prior days. Sleep tracking is by far the most accurate compared to the devices I've tested. Heart rate monitoring can be adjusted from 5 to 60 minutes. Tracks about 200 different sporting activities.
