This ring does pretty much the exact same thing as the Oura, but at a fraction of the price. It's reasonably comfortable (the band is thicker than I'm used to because of the sensors), but it isn't heavy, and it charges quickly and the charge lasts for several days before requiring a recharge. It monitors activity, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, sleep, and body temperature. I particularly like the sleep monitoring feature - it breaks down the time in different sleep stages: light, deep and REM.
