Still working on it, not consistently to be honest, but this is a lot more comfortable to attempt pull ups than using a thick elastic straps. Also, you can use multiple straps to make it easier. The foot straps are padded and it's quite secure with the carabiners, also easy to add or remove. It seems quite sturdy and well made. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I ordered the WhataFit to expand my gym. Right now, I have a squat rack and dumbbells at home. I wanted a way to give myself some more options for exercise. I don’t have a way to do lateral pull downs so this was the next best option. The WhataFit is a well-made piece of gym equipment. The straps and hooks are heavy duty and the belts are adjustable according to height. The only thing I wish is that there were more options for the amount of assistance that can be added. I weigh 165 so my only choices are to add 75 pounds of assistance which leaves me a 90 pound lift or add 2 x 75 (150) which gives me a 15 pound lift. Neither of these options fit well. It also strikes me that even if 75 lbs is a good option for someone when they get the WhataFit that hopefully, as that person’s training progresses, they will no longer need 75 pounds of assistance. At that point, the WhataFit ceases to have function for them. It is a shame that the options for this equipment is so restricted. It is a good idea. On the other hand, I now have 3 bands of 75 pounds resistance and I’m wondering how I can apply that to other exercises in the gym. I tried to hook together in a loop for a resistance band but that didn’t work. TLDR: It is a well made product that might have limited uses because the resistance bands are all the same weight. The use may be limited. Read more

I’m still working on being able to do pull-ups, this system is allowing me to work on form while I build up the strength needed to do them on my own Read more
It makes a difference and definitely helps me with my pull-ups, but I’m 125 pounds and putting together 2 75 pound bands. It still feels like I’m doing a pull-up. So it’s not really 75 pounds of resistance. I just hate that they miss stated. If it was truly 75 pounds per band, I wouldn’t need to two of them Read more
