This is very poorly made and insufficiently packaged. It arrived in just a clear plastic bag with no box or padding. Paint was chipped in multiple places and would definitely get into any beverage I put in here. It also was dented in several locations. I doubt this would hold up at all for camping adventures, which are what I ordered this for. Don’t waste your money. Read more

I have a selection of vintage enamel cups I use for living history/reenacting. Having extras comes in handy for letting people borrow a cup now and then. This one is nearly identical to a vintage one I've had for years (date unknown). The Galepromot cup is on the right, and my original is on the left. It's a little lighter weight, so I'd say it's a lighter steel or some type of alloy(?). It holds hot drinks just as well as originals, with the sides and handle not getting any hotter than my other enamel cups. I know some people have reported other reproductions the enamel bubbling because it isn't "true" enamel but it held up fine! For the money I think it's a great option for a new reenactor to pick up, especially if you're doing British WWII. It's very similar to the reproduction issue cups. I almost took off a star for some of the enamel being a little uneven around the handle and lip, but it's the same on my original! Read more
