It's white, it's waterproof, works well I recommend see my pictures
It's great It's definitely waterproof definitely white. Use this for 2 different Halloween events. Day of the Dead. A total of four looks all of them using the white foundation. You don't need very much product. I used a makeup sponge to apply I found that that works best. I probably used less than a quarter size to do my entire face and part of my neck. It doesn't crease it stayed on all night both times. At first it does feel a little heavy once it dries you don't really fill it at all. I would say it really just depends on how thick you apply it. Again you don't really need to use a whole lot. I did have foundation on underneath it did not affect the color at all. I had to use an oil-based cleanser to remove it. I definitely recommend. I've attached three pictures, the last picture is me at the end of Halloween night I had the makeup on from 5:00 p.m. until 3:00 a.m. We went out dancing. I do highly recommend using a good setting powder I waited about 3 minutes for it to dry went back in with my sponge for any creases under the eye and smile lines then setting powder.
