I bought this for my nephew who is a hedgehog fanatic just like me. He absolutely loves it. I'm receiving regular updates on what he used it for. Sometimes it's tea or juice, even pudding. He loves that he can put the cover on and come back to his goodies later on. The paint and embossement quality is amazing. The colors of the paint is so vibrant. It's just the perfect size. I have recently been diagnosed with a tremor disorder and have been on the search for mugs with lids. The less scalding tea I spill, the better! This mug is SUPER cute and I was delighted to figure out that the lid also doubles as a saucer. I could also see putting a biscuit or pastry on it to have less to carry. However, because the mug isn't that deep, the lid does dip into the liquid, which makes for a mess if you want to remove it and place the cup on it. The mug itself is thick and holds the heat well. The handle, however, is very small and to properly carry it (I have very small hands) I have to loop two fingers through and rest my hand on the very hot cup. Otherwise, when the mug when filled with liquid, plus the lid, is quite heavy and not the easiest to transport. Overall super cute, you just need to adjust a bit when using. Read more
