Fully Cooked Chicken Scallopini

I didn't realize the chicken scallopini was fully cooked when purchased so I made a huge salad and sliced the chicken into strips. I then heated up the chicken for 15 seconds in my microwave and served it with the salad. Since we used salad dressing, it was a delicious add-on! If someone is purchasing this to serve hot, please keep in mind that it can only be reheated for 15-30 seconds or it will dry out. Also, it comes lightly seasoned and breaded. If I were making chicken parmesan, I would add hot marinara sauce and toom-temperature mozarella cheese to the chicken. Then I would heat it in the microwave for 30 -45 seconds. Read more

The real deal

Unlike a lot of local grocery stores that use fake chicken cutlets (meat that is compressed and formed), these are real chicken breasts that have been perfectly prepped and delicious. They're great for a quick Chicken Parm on a weekday night when you don't want to really cook but you don't want to order in. Expensive? Of course, but the next best thing to ordering in. Read more

We love it

These are so yummy! The breading has a nice seasoning on it. Can do many things with these cutlets. Great as a main meal or add it to a sandwich, salad, and more. Read more

It's cooked and tastes delicious.

This chicken is so good! I only add salt and pepper. It's so flavorful as is. The chicken is always tender and tastes fresh. I don't share this one with my kitty. I do however share their cooked rosemary chicken breast with her, yummy. I Read more

Just OK

These are just ok. I think my main gripe is the price versus what you get for this. I know going in that a chicken breast is a pretty dry cut. But also know that a scallopini should be heavily flavoured with a lemon, butter, and white wine sauce, which in theory overcomes the dryness of this particular cut of meat. Plain reheated in air fryer out of the box, and this tastes like a giant chicken nugget, and I’m not even joking. I taste absolutely no lemon or spice on it, just a dry breaded chicken breast. Maybe I’m supposed to make the sauce myself and spoon over it? Who knows. Either way, it isn’t worth the asking price to me. Read more

My go to prepared chicken!

I wish I could order this every week. I’ve cut it and used it in salads, heated it with marinara sauce, mozzarella and pasta—all delicious. Read more
