I really like that this powder has no taste at all. It makes things so easy because I can mix it into water, juice, or even my shakes without noticing anything different. There's no weird aftertaste, and it never changes the flavor of what I'm drinking. It's just clean and simple, which is exactly what I want. Read more

I started using this about few days ago and I can feel a steady change during my training. The usual slowdown I get halfway through a session feels less heavy now. The powder mixes easily and has no odd taste which makes it simple to take before I start. The steady lift in endurance is small but noticeable and it helps me stay focused on finishing my sets with better control. Read more

I keep this pouch in my gym bag every day because it's just so easy to use. Right before I start my workout, I scoop a little into my bottle, shake it, and I'm good to go. It mixes fast, doesn't taste like anything and doesn't make a mess. I like that I don't have to think too much about it. It just fits naturally into my routine. It's become one of those things I always bring with me because it makes my workouts feel a bit smoother and more consistent. Read more

Having come from WHYZ creatine and done the research on this company, I was quite confident coming into trying their other product for Beta Alanine. To be honest, it wasn't until recently I've ever heard of Beta Alanine and upon doing research on it, I was quite excited to add this to my regimen to assist w/ performance enhancements along with my daily dose of creatine. Like creatine, this will serve as an on-going supplement to produce sustained performance gains vs something that's a quick hit, unlike something more temporary like a pre-workout. Part of the research talks about dosage and how it's important to get that right for realizing the benefits as well as avoiding some side effects, notably paresthesia which causes tingling around your body. This product instructions say to take 1/4 tsp which is 750mg daily, however, according to my research, you really need somewhere around 3-6g a day to realize the benefits with overloading at the beginning, which makes this 5-8x more than what the product recommends! So I think it's a bit misleading on WHYZ's part to call out 1/4 tsp as a serving which makes this last 467 days when it should be much more. Opening up the bag it was a pure white powder and I started out with 1/2 tsp to get 1.5 mg as a 2 part process to get 3mg for the day and to reduce parathesia symptoms. It mixed well in water and when I drank it, it had a taste that's hard to describe, almost like a distant sweet/salty taste. Within 15 minutes, I did start to experience paresthesia with my hands and face getting tingling which is uncomfortable and even some light headedness, and after another 20 minutes some of it dissipated, and around 1.5 hours I was about 95% back to normal. Since then I've been taking it with meals and so far it I haven't had those effects since. So far so good with this and no issues with the product and plan to continue to use. Hard to pin any specific benefits from Beta Alanine as incremental gains are hard to gauge and you have your good days and bad days the gym. Read more

I ordered this supplement for my daughter, who wants to include it as part of the pre-workout shake she takes before heading to the gym. I'm familiar with WHYZ as I already use several of their products (not workout related, though) and I find the quality to be excellent. So, I didn't hesitate to order this one. The supplement is in the form of a very finely textured powder and has a slightly astringent scent profile and somewhat bitter taste. Happily, a cloud of powder isn't released into the air every time the package is opened. The suggested dosage is small -- only 1/4 tsp (750 mg) per day. She is actually using half of that amount to start with and will slowly increase to the recommended amount over time. The powder dissolves instantly so she doesn't really notice any difference in the taste of her beverage. There is no after-taste and she has experienced no negative effects from using this supplement. The price seems quite reasonable since the resealable pouch contains over 12 ounces, which will last a long time. This is key as the purported benefits of using beta-alanine are not immediate. The pouch is sturdy and it is easy to close it back up for a secure seal. Read more

Beta Alanine is great for those who want to maximize their workout performance. It delays muscle fatigue and helps push out more reps. Pure, tasteless and works like a charm. Add it to a pre workout, your favorite beverage, or some BCAA. Not everyone likes the tingling, but that is how you know it's working. Dissolves completely and isn't clumped at all inside a container. Loose like sand. Happy with the quality a lot. I would order from this vendor again! Read more

The powder came packaged well and looks high-quality, but I didn’t feel comfortable trying it. The label didn’t provide enough information for me to feel confident about using it. Could be great for someone familiar with beta alanine, but I needed more details before trying. Read more

I tried this beta alanine powder a few times before my workouts and it fit into my routine without any effort. I would scoop a little into my bottle right before lifting, give it a quick shake, and it blended immediately. It had no taste at all, which I liked because I could mix it with water or juice or a shake and never notice it. One morning I added it half awake and completely forgot about it until I was already warming up. It was that easy to use. The powder stayed smooth every time I opened the pouch and the scoop made the portions straightforward. I did not get much tingling unless I went heavier on the amount. It just made my workouts feel a little steadier and more consistent. Nothing dramatic but something I could feel enough to keep using it. For $20 the bag felt like a good value because it comes with a lot of servings. It was simple, clean, and easy to bring with me, which made it worth keeping in my rotation. Read more
