I recently received this 3-pack of "Men's Premium Underwear, Cotton Boxer Briefs, 3-Pack, Assorted Colors" and I'm very glad I didn't take Amazon's size recommendation and order these in large. I used the "size chart" in the listing and opted for mediums, and I can say from wearing them, they seem true-to-size. If anything, they may run slightly larger than expected, at least when comparing these to other imported garments. Socks and underwear are on the list of constantly needing replenishment, so whenever I come across decent looking undergarments, I tend to check through the listing for details. I saw nothing about these to deter me from ordering, so I checked the size chart and placed my order. The package arrived pretty quickly and the first thing I did was toss them into the wash. Actually, that's not quite true. The FIRST thing I did was notice that the "assorted colors" in this 3-pack were pretty different than the assortment shown in the listing. The listing photo showed a black pair, two pairs in different shades of blue, and a headless/footless body modeling a pair in maroon. The ones I received are black, navy, and gray heather. I'm not complaining, but "assorted" probably shouldn't be used in place of "random" for the purposes of customer satisfaction. I'd imagine there's a portion of the consumer population that would return these based on the colors, so be aware they aren't necessarily showing colors in the listing that will show up in the package you order. Anyway... washing them didn't result in any immediate signs of shrinking when I transferred them to the dryer, and the colors seemed to hold, at least in that first wash cycle. From my experience, if the colors don't bleed on the first washing, they're not going to, so I think these are good to go. These boxer briefs fit about as I expected. I wear a 30" or 32" waist in most pants and the medium briefs fit me just fine. The waist could actually be a bit more snug without being uncomfortable, but it stays in place as it is, so no complaints here. The legs are an appropriate level of tight for my liking - they don't seem to ride up much at all, and they aren't so tight that they pinch or bind. A lot of boxer briefs I've tried recently have had unreasonably tight leg openings and very loose waistbands, and while the waist on these isn't quite as tight as I'd like, I'm still happy that these are comfortable across the board. The fabric feels soft, seems breathable enough, and seems pretty decent at wicking moisture. It's late July as I write this from my home in southeast Georgia, and I've been wearing these for the past few days. It's humid as all get-out here, but these shorts are keeping things snugly in place without any excessive moisture buildup, so that's a definite win. This 3-pack of boxer briefs were priced at $23.99 when I placed my order and I don't have any major reservations recommending them to others. I do think the seller should modify the verbiage regarding the colors being "an assortment of colors" rather than listing them as "assorted," but that's a theoretically easy fix they can hopefully tackle without having to modify the packaging itself.
