I'm a size 10 sometimes 11. I'm a power lifter and have a 15.5-16 inch calves that are very solid. I got the 10W-not the extra wide following the size guide. They fit perfectly. I can slide about three fingers inside the rim easily. But if you wanted to tuck jeans into them I'd go for the extra wide. They're super cute and comfy can be very casual or also look dressier as they're nicer and shiny. They're slightly warm and I didn't notice any areas that rub or cause any discomfort from day one. These boots look great and feel surprisingly comfortable. The wide calf fit is just right for me, and I appreciate that I don’t struggle with the zipper. The heel is low and easy to walk in, which makes them good for errands or a casual dinner out. The material looks like real leather, though it does crease slightly after a few wears. I ordered a size 9 ( my usual size), and they fit perfectly! My first pair of boots in 41 years, and I love them! The brown pair is what I purchased; they're soft and look like genuine leather. I bought the 8 wide black dobolin boot. this is my first day wearing them (so I can't comment about the quality and lasting). these are definitely wide shoe/wide calf. I have a bunion on my left foot, which is why I have to buy wide. my calves are 17 ½" and these zip up easily (so 18" calves would fit well in these, too). I wear them with dresses and nylon knee-highs and my feet have plenty of room inside (you could wear thicker socks). I do recommend these boots. Read more

These boots look great and feel sturdy. The PU leather is sleek and easy to clean, and the cushioned lining makes them comfy for long wear. Putting them on was a little hard for me at first, but I think once they’re broken in, they’ll feel much better. The round toe gives plenty of room for my toes, and the 1.4-inch heel is just the right amount of lift—comfortable and stable. I love the side zipper—it makes taking them off super easy.
