Impossible to replace fiber, that came with pillow, with the cooling shredded foam.

The pillow and filling were VERY comfortable when delivered, but hot. So I ordered the Cooling Shredded Memory Foam. Big mistake. The bag arrived torn, so the foam was not compacted and I'm not sure I received all the foam that I purchased. Then, trying to replace the original filling with the Cooling Foam was awful, if not impossible. It's most difficult to reach into the channels to distribute the Cooling fiber and impossible to fill the pillow with the Cooling fiber to create the same (comfortable) pillow that was originally purchased. The original pillow was great (except hot) but adjusting it for cooling is impossible and ruined the pillow. Read more
