Easy to use
Initial impression - easy to set up and use. I wanted to be able to cut the power to my garage door opener, for extra security when I am out or sleeping. The plug is easy to attach to existing outlets and power cords. The app makes you register a login, but once initiated, the programming was intuitive. Now I have control of any plug wirelessly. Will update as I use this a bit. Integrated easily into Google Home. [update] after several months of daily use, happy to report it still works like new. Read more

Doesn't always come on after it's been off for a while but it works pretty good for a plug. I have mine hooked to my Alexa and in the morning I have a routine to turn everything on in the morning. I have to use my app to turn it on in the morning. Maybe it's asleep, I didn't really know but it's less convenient. I still like it. Update: I've "fixed" the Alexa problem. I just have her send the command twice and now it works. Don't ask me why but it works now. Read more

Must Have Wifi Smart Plug!
I've been wanting to try a wifi smart plug for some time. I'm always looking for ways to conserve energy, so I'm constantly unplugging things when not in use. This has made my life so much easier and is so convenient. The app was easy to download and super easy to link the smart plug. Its as simple as opening the app and clicking off and on. Now i'm not having to remember if I unplugged the coffee maker or TV. I can't wait to add them all over the house! Read more

This plug needs better documentation. The print is so small I needed a magnifying glass to read it, even with my improved eyesight. It didn't really follow the steps in the instructions. Set up is clunky and it took a while to get it up and running. After all that, it seems to be working fine. It shouldn't be that difficult to set up a simple plug. Read more

I’ve purchased several smart plugs from several different brands. So far this one is my favorite. I really appreciate how easy it was to set this one up. several of my other plugs needed very specific apps that were proprietary to their brand in order to install them. This one was very simple and my Alexa picks it up right away. I don’t have any Google devices so I can’t attest to how easy it works with that, but in my home so far it’s working out great for my use. I would recommend and especially for the price, might purchase more if I find a need for another. Read more
Great little plug
Great little smart plug. I had an automatic cat box that would jam when I was on vacation which made it unusable. I installed the smart plug in the wall outlet and when I am notified the cat box is jammed I just go on the app, turn off the plug, turn it back on and the cat box reboots and resets with no issues.
