I was hesitant to buy this wig stand, as it is considerably more expensive than others sold on Amazon. I initially bought the Klvied Reinforced Wig Stand Tripod Mannequin Head Stand at half the price. While that wig stand tripod worked OK, it was not stable and would easily tip over. I should have aced my mo ey and just bought this stand to begin with. This stand seems very well made and high quality. It is considerably more stable than the Klvied wig stand, while still being very light. Each leg has several points of adjustment and nonskid pads to further provide stability. There is a small level on the tripod to make sure the legs are even, which is very helpful. My only minor complaint with this stand is the crank that allows you adjust the middle neck (where the mannequin head rests) feels very cheap when turning. Read more
