I've been told by several medical professionals to get a lumbar support pillow like this and use it 100% of the time. What I've found is that it works, it supports my back and creates an arch to stretch my back tissues and relieve some of my discomfort. It's comfortable and fits in my office chair at home, plus my car and a few other places. My biggest issue is that there's nothing to keep the pillow in place, which is a double edged sword - not having banding or anything allows this to be used almost anywhere; however, whenever I leave my chair, it falls down. If I shift wrong, it drops and needs to be re-adjusted. And sometimes I'm so distracted that I get an unpleasant surprise when I come back and sit down, then I get frustrated and remove it from my chair, thus negating the entire point of having it. Your mileage may vary, but that's been my experience with this pillow. Would I recommend it? Just received the 2025 Wigoo lumbar support pillow and have been using it in my vehicle for the past couple of weeks. I have had ongoing low back pain for years, and have purchased at least four other pillows through Amazon. I have returned all of them. Most were too large or too thick and just too bulky to use in my car. This pillow is neither too thick or bulky and my back pain has been minimal after I use it on long drives. It is very well made and I love the memory foam which returns to shape quickly. The cover is removable and can be washed although I don’t think I’ll need to wash it very often. The cover material is cool and smooth and does not wrinkle. Also the cushion has no odor. Mine did not come with a strap, however, I really don’t think I would need to use it.
