This dress is very nice!! The quality of the scuba-like fabric has a very nice weight and stretch to it. The quality for the price is a great value. At first I bought the white in an XS. I usually wear XS in Amazon clothing, however, as you can tell by the photos, it was way too tight on me. I also didnt like that the white showed every body flaw, but that could have been because it was too tight. I went ahead and ordered the black in a small and it fits wonderfully!! This is a fantastic Little Black Dress for those of us who want to keep things classy. It's comfortable and flattering and can be dressed up or down—I wore it to a summer formal wedding and fit right in. I particularly appreciated the cut around the shoulders; it's wide enough to hide any pesky underarm rolls while still accentuating the arms. I initially ordered a M and I think it would've been fine with some shapewear underneath, but I ultimately went with an L just because it had a little more breathing room but still didn't look frumpy. This dress has a great A-line cut with a slightly flared skirt, flattering and professional. The material is thick enough that it’s not see-through, which I really appreciate. I’ve worn it to several business development events and it dresses up beautifully. The only downsides are that it stains easily (as expected with bright white) and needs steaming before each wear. The material definitely has an odd (foam feeling) feel and it arrived terribly wrinkled. I've washed it but its still very wrinkled and will see how it irons out. The hidden back zipper is nice and the fit/style are excellent. I do wish the material was a better quality. I have found that anything mostly polyester is usually not very good and even though there is cotton in this its just not what I would say feels great. So, we'll see after an ironing and wearing. I ironed it today...a bit tricky...iron had to be hot enough to get the wrinkles out but not burn the fabric. Because I got the light color it probably was more of an issue than the black one. I’ve been looking for a sort-of bodycon dress in this color for years. I love the dress similar to this that Princess Catherine wears but I DO NOT (sadly 😁) have her figure. This is a perfect compromise. The flat in the skirt is quite subtle. The fabric is breathable but thick - not at all cheap or jersey-like. Kind of hold me in. Really beautiful.
