I really like the look of this sweater vest. It feels nice and isn't itchy at all. I have very sensitive skin, so that's always at the top of my list of things to check... this one easily passes. The cloth is a mid weight soft knit, heavy enough that I would not want to be wearing this during the hot months, but the lack of sleeves means I would not want to wear it in the cold. I might suggest trying this as a layer over a fitted shirt, with the looseness. I found it to wash well following the care instructions, but I did put it in a delicates bag after seeing the reviews of others of fraying and holes.
