How long should these last?
It's been 3 years of use now and all of the bands have popped except the green one. I'm not sure how long these are supposed to last but well... now you know my experience. I am the only person who used the bands for this time period. I am a female. Previous cross-fitter, previous powerlifter, current bodybuilder. I used these almost daily in some way or another. No need for a gym when traveling
This bag of bands is absolutely terrific for a workout on the road. When away from home I always take it with me. I primarily use the green and blue bands, but it all depends on your strength. You can work out every body part. I like to do three sets and then a fourth drop set, meaning I pause for 20 seconds and then repeat the exercise I just did. I do upper body/lower body on alternate days for 15 minutes. They are really terrific. Pro tip: bring a pair of light lifting gloves with you and throw them in the bag with the bands. Read more
