This stuff really works! I have bought this multiple times over the last couple of years. It tastes really good. My hair would never grow beyond shoulder length and would grow so slow! Someone recommended this product to me, and in less than a year of using it, my hair was halfway down my back. I couldn't believe it! Six months ago, I stopped getting my nails done and when I removed the acrylic my nails were so soft and damaged. Now that they have grown out my nails are stronger than they have ever been and I know it is because of this product. It works works! I had a toe fungus that required me to cut off half of my nail. Yawl know it takes a long time for toe nails to grow. But I got my full toe nail back in a couple months.
