These stainless steel cookie sheets are nice. Easy to clean, safer cooking option. I used a parchment sheet with these for ease of cleanup and after a few dozen bakes they still look new- easy to wash for cleanup. I was looking for stainless steel baking sheets and these do just the job! I bought these based on the lead free mama's testing. Everything bakes great on them and the heat distributes well.
