I bought this to make brownies and just general sheet type cakes, and it's a wonderful product! Heavy and well made, I've used it for some time now and so far absolutely nothing has ever stuck to it, the size and depth is great, no rust and makes a lot of brownies! I wash it by hand and air dry it and it's held up really well. Wilton has great bakeware, and are always my go to! Read more
Wilton Platinum pan
The pan I received was their new "Advanced Select", not the "Platinum". It looks like Wilton is in the middle of renaming some of their products and information on their own website in unclear, so I don't blame Amazon- just be aware... I'm still pretty confident that I'll be happy with this and got a fair value. Read more
