I bought these for our daughter's "Little Chef" birthday party, and they were a hit with kids ranging in age from 4 to 9. We started the party with markers and stamps for each kid to decorate their own hat while they were still flat. These hats are easily adjustable to size, and each has an interior tape tab to fix into place (don't know why other people had a problem fixing these into place - tape was great). Once they were on they held up beautifully. They are thick, soft (for paper) and durable. They made a great party favor! Shipped quickly and packaging was good. If it's not obvious already, I would highly recommend this purchase to others if they want a great, inexpensive paper hat that will hold up to a child's demands. Read more

These hats were better quality than I expected. They are big enough to fit an adult... a little big on 6-7 year old girls but they were adjustable and ended up working just fine for my daughters birthday party! Read more

At the end these worked for the cupcake buffet I prepared for my niece's birthday, along with aprons I purchased. Issues & Info: (1) Shape: these come flat, so opening them up to fit the shape of a head is a delicate process. Lost 5 of them in the process. (2) Material: It is a heavy type paper (3) Adjustability: Yes, they are adjustable, but only about an inch (I had heavy packing tape and used for adjusting for smaller kids - also you will need scissors to cut because bending it into size makes them too bulky). Please note that they have a sticky inside for adjusting it and sealing it into size. (4) Durability: Depends on who is wearing them, these won't last with kids. Kids tend to touch things, so needless is to say that I had a few more to replace. The top of the hat is made of tissue paper with holes, these came broken in a few. Materials I used with these: scissors & heavy duty tape (scotch tape doesn't work) to size each hat for kids and adults with small heads. Markers for writing names of participants. These were perfect for my daughter's 6th year old pizza party. The girls all looked adorable. They are adjustable and sturdy. The girls each took one home as a party favor. And the value is great. I don't know if they will last a long time, but it's perfect for a short term use. If cared for it will last a while. We love them! I'd definitely order for another party in the future! Read more

I got these for a childrens cooking party and they were ok. They are made of paper so the fun thing is that you can decorate them if you want. Also, they are adjustable for children up to adults. They slide to become bigger or small and have and pull away tab to reveal double sided tape to keep it at the size you want. The smaller it goes it starts to separate at the top so bring back up tape to round it back out. Read more

Very cute and well packaged. I gave these out as a favor for my girl's cupcake party. They're great for kids 5 to 8 years old. I think you can even draw and decorate on them. Good price too. Would recommend. But, don't know how long or how many times you can use them. Will probably wear out after a few wears but worth it. I bought 40 of them to give out. Read more
