Great quality but not for girls developing wider hips. My daughter tried these on (over the very thin leggings she was wearing, not touching her skin) and said the elastic felt very tight around her waist/hips. This was with the size 10 & size 12. She is currently wearing size 10 in girls bottoms, but some stretchy size 8 bottoms still fit her. She's a bit disappointed because she's had sets of this style and quality for years and they were always her favorite. They're very high quality and last a long time without wearing out.
