This drum set was a HUGE hit with the littles. This was a gift for my twin nieces who turned 2. It happened to be the first gift they opened and they never stopped playing with it. Thankfully it came with the 2 drumsticks, one for each kiddo. And they adore making music together. The drums and each instrument was well crafted. The drums were already in place but the instructions on the back of the box were easy to follow to put the rest of it together. We didn’t end up needing the green side holder on one side because the holes for the stands were nice and tight. This toy works well for us because it doesn’t need any batteries, it’s powered by imagination (a little joke, but true). I am so glad I purchased this one over all the other ones. This toy is sturdy! The instruments attached work really good. My toddler likes the variety of things to hit, and after a month of my son having it- its still standing in great condition. The quality of this toy is WHAT YOU WANT for your toddler. This drum set sounds great and looks awesome once assembled. That said, putting the end pieces together was beyond difficult because the cuts of the wood were not correct. My husband being a Mr. Fix It took out his tools and made it work, but that was the only downside. Read more
