I thought I was getting a really cute, neutral, comfy pair of slippers and the case. The bottom and insole feels like cardboard. They have no support whatsoever. The fit is awful as well. I ordered a size up so I could still wear fuzzy socks with them and I can barely get my foot in without a sock. they are poorly made, uncomfortable and not something I would recommend to anyone, ever.
