I lost my original buds case and didn't want to spend another $150 to get another set so I took to Amazon and found this case. It's a sufficient case, it gets the job done. The case only charges to 72 but it does charge my buds a couple of times. Read more

I lost my official Samsung case and needed a replacement. The reviews of this one had me cautious and on the fence, but I decided to go through with it anyway. I regret that decision. I've wasted my money on this. The case doesn't charge when hooked up to a charger. The earbuds will charge, however, but only when the case is connected to a charging cable. Well, ONE earbud will charge. This case is very cheaply made, and does not work as it advertises. Please learn from my mistake and buy a different brand. Read more

I've had this case for about 6 months now, and it's now starting to fail to charge my earbuds. When I first received it the charge would not go past 87% but it would still charge my earbuds completely. I've tried charging my earbuds while the case was plugged in and still nothing. Good for a temporary replacement case but not a good permanent one. Read more

I owned previous version and it had some minor issues after using with poor audio quality with L ear bud....now I have purchased this newer version one and after a month out the usb-c charger for it has become almost unusable not sure what defect but I have to push in the usb-c charger and hold it firmly and once it starts charging even the slightest nudge or movement of the case causes it to not charge or be seated not sure what the case is....I will be able to send in for warranty but at the same point the build quality is really making me regret my purchase. The ear buds themselves do work as listed nothing fancy but good for the price so still giving 2 stars but overall am not happy with quality of their products as I owned a pair of apple air pods while being much more expensive the quality is there and they last so after almost 3 years of the apple they were still in better condition then 1 month of use from samsung products.....so yes if you just have to go for lower end product then this is a consideration but I wouldn't expect quality product either.
