Wanted to wait a few months before doing a review of this item to make sure it performs as expected. I had purchased another brand in the past however I had to send one set back after a month due to it not charging the left ear unit and then the replacement started failing to charge one of the buds after 3 months. I kinda chalked this up to sweating a lot making it fail so ordered another set and it too stopped charging the right ear after a few months. I would clean the contact points and nothing. I would set items on top of the earbuds in the charging unit and it would charge for about 2 minutes and then stop. Although they were cheap in cost (and I don't expect a lot from a cheap cost product) I do at least expect them to last longer than a few months when using 5 to 6 days a week at the gym. So decided to try a different brand and have to say I really like these. Again these are not the most high quality units out there but I did not buy them because I am an audiophile looking for amazing sound quality either in the gym or out working in the yard, i am just looking for something that sounds good and works and if i break them, it isn't a huge hit to the budget. They were delivered on time as expected (Thanks to Prime), the packaging was solid and it was obvious these were new, not returned items. The other brand I had purchased did show up looking like they were used...ick. The case is solid and closes using magnets so has a strong closing feel to it. The earbuds fit into well designed and snug fitting molds so there is no doubt that they are sitting in place on top of the charging pins and they do not wiggle around. I am coming up on 4 months since this purchase and they are working like the first day I got them. Read more
Battery Life: The standout feature for me is the incredible 75 hours of battery life. With such longevity, I can use them for multiple workouts or long days without worrying about charging. The quick charge feature is a nice touch too, providing hours of playback in just a short charge. Noise Cancellation: The four ENC microphones do a fantastic job of blocking out background noise, making calls and listening to music in busy environments much more enjoyable. The noise canceling is effective, particularly when I'm out for a run or at the gym. Fit and Comfort: The over-ear design with earhooks ensures a secure fit during intense workouts. They stay in place, and I appreciate that I can focus on my activity without constant readjustments. Plus, they’re surprisingly comfortable for long wear. Water Resistance: With an IP7 waterproof rating, these earbuds are perfect for workouts. I’ve used them in light rain and during intense sweat sessions without any issues, giving me peace of mind while exercising. Overall Impression: The Wireless Earbuds Sport are a fantastic choice for anyone seeking reliable, high-quality earbuds for an active lifestyle. The combination of excellent sound, impressive battery life, and secure fit makes them a great investment. Highly recommend for runners, gym-goers, or anyone who values quality audio on the go! UPDATE: I wasn't going to rate these 3 stars but this weekend I had an issue that changed my mind. I took a walk to a local museum and upon arrival, turned the earbuds off and put them in my pocket. Five times! They would not stay off. I finally put them back on, thinking they were turning themselves on by bumping into each other. They did not turn back on after that. However, this morning I turned them off and put them on the counter - only to find they turned themselves back on. Not only does this drain the battery but you could miss calls if you aren't wearing the earbuds (though, it could be a good excuse if you are dodging someone). Original pros and cons still hold. PROS Sound quality - No complaints here either for podcasts or calls. I've never bought expensive earbuds so I can't compare them with the high-end brands, but for the $40-$55 range, these are great. Size (also see cons) These are smaller than any over-the-ear devices I've worn, and I like not looking like Lt. Uhura with that honeycomb thing stuck in her ear, especially when my hair is in a ponytail. CONS Size - While I like the smaller size, on the other hand, I find it difficult to get them on without accidentally turning them off, on, whatever. This is especially true when tucking the ear piece behind sunglasses or sunglasses and a hat. My hands are small to average for a woman, so I can only imagine a man putting them on. No buttons - This is the issue where I get mad at myself because the touch pad is in the description. It's not a bad idea but when you're running and need to turn the music off (or that chatty neighbor comes up to you and immediately starts to talk), it's a real challenge to find the right spot and tap twice in quick succession instead of adjusting the volume and either blasting your eardrums or turning the volume all the way down. Just imagine how difficult it is adjusting the treadmill speed when running full tilt and then put the treadmill console on the side of your heard where you can't see it. The touch pad is also extremely sensitive. I was wearing these after getting my hair wet and several strands bumped my ear and the volume went down! Volume - Whether I initiate the call or someone calls me, the volume goes up to full blast. Every time. I keep my finger on the volume button to turn it down as soon as the call is answered, otherwise I'd be deaf by now. Overall, my issues with these are in the design not the quality or price. Great value for $20. Perfect fit - comfortable and secure during workouts. Sound is a little flat and tinny but was easily fixed by adjusting equalizer settings in Spotify. Note that ENC noise reduction is to make your voice sound better for the listener during calls - not for reducing noise that you hear. Read more
