This product worked the first day I used it. I came home today and went to use it, and there was no response. I tried the troubleshooting in the packaging nothing worked. It has also damaged my controller. I plugged my old headset in to use that, and it doesn't work now either. I plugged it into another controller and it works fine. So not only am I having to return the item, I also have to buy a new controller this headset damaged. Read more

I just wanted to say that this pair of headphones is one of the greatest one so have ever owned. The sound is extremely loud, strong, and crisp. No other headphones I’ve had can match the volume and quality audio. The only part that really sucks is after a few weeks or well maybe 2-4 months in and the microphone broke making the headphones next to useless for gaming with friends or for playing games where proximity chat could save your life. If you buy them just be very careful with the microphone as well as the connector that plugs into the controller. If you hear weird sounds you need to plug the device into the controller better.
