Setup was quick and straightforward, and the camera was up and running within minutes. The video quality is excellent—very clear during the day and still impressive in low light or darkness. Motion alerts are responsive, and the app includes several useful customization options that make it easy to tailor the settings to your needs. One feature I really appreciate is the microSD card slot for local recording. It’s convenient to have the option to store footage directly on the camera and easily download it later if needed, without relying entirely on a subscription service. The standard 1/4" mount and included stand also make it easy to position wherever you want. The only real downside is that the app pushes the cloud storage upgrade quite a bit. We run a craft booth at shows and fairs. We have a lot of nice little items that shoplifters like to try to take. Our booth is large enough that we can't always watch every single corner every moment. Signage showing that people are being recorded helps, and this little guy is an awesome deterrent! It's so small that I can mount it in an area where they cannot easily cover it or get out of its range. We keep charged power banks available for our devices, so we usually have to top this one up after a few hours, I also have a microSD card recording when it's not practical to connect to Wi-Fi or use the security subscription. I actually like being able to record the video onto a card because I can easily download it to my laptop and share it with law enforcement or event staff quickly. The 1/4" standard mount means that I can use the included stand or my tripod, a selfie stick, a projector stand, or my ring stand. I like putting it at the top of the ring stand because people notice the light while we're doing live video from the event and then they see the security camera so they are much less likely to try to steal something. The picture is clear enough and fast enough to share with law enforcement, but you'll want to use the app every time you move it to make sure it's set up properly. This camera works really well. The picture is top quality, even at night, and the setup was extremely easy. There are motion detector alerts amongst other customations that you can do. We use it as a baby monitor and the only thing that is a little funky is the sound. We play music for when our daughter goes down at night and the music in the feed seems to "skip". It still works well enough to let us know if our daughter wakes up but i do wish it came through a little more clear. It works better than the monitors (at a lower price) for us though because the picture is so much clearer than many of the monitors we have tried, and its easy to access from either of our phones. When it is dark in the room the camera is also apretty good at keeping a decent picture. Overall i could see this working for anyone that needs some kind of video surveillance but isnt too worried about the sound reception. The camera quality of the video is excellent for both day and night footage. It is relatively small and easily mounted and positioned. The primary issue with this camera is its short battery life. It lasted about 4 hours or less before it notified me of a low battery. If it remains connected to a power source, it is excellent, but that is not always feasible. I love that this camera is small! I keep it hidden behind some plants in my patio. Set up wasn't hard it almost feels like plug and play, and you can also watch live stream from your phone. There is motion detection, night light capability, and very discreet! Sometimes the camera is laggy, but I would expect that being that I live in a building that has a weak infrastructure I can't even get bars on my phone unless im on wifi. Just like most wireless routers, cameras, security etc, wifi plug etc it has to be on a 2.4 ghz network to function properly. It works really well for days when I have to keep my dog at home, I can peek and see what hes up to and unlike my old camera, he doesnt notice this one since its so tiny! Read more

The camera is small enough to install or even hide in different spots around my house. I like its size, the build quality, and the overall onboarding experience. The mobile app handles most of the setup, but that is also where my headache started. Once it paired through bluetooth and connected to my home wifi, the resolution in the super HD mode was better than I expected. The view has a bit of a fish eye effect with slightly warped corners, but it covers a wide area. This is not for artistic video, but the color accuracy is pretty good and switching between different resolutions is quick. The annoying part is the constant cloud storage upsell all over the app. The camera has a micro SD card slot too, but the app does not explain the difference between local and cloud storage very clearly. I assume I can save footage to an SD card, but that depends on the card size, which is where the paid cloud service becomes useful. I am still not sure if the app supports saving to my phone, saving to SD card, and the cloud at the same time. Read more
