The mouse fits in my hand perfectly and functions well with silent clicks. The keyboard while beautiful I don't expect it to last too long. I feel as thought I'm gonna break the center of it resting my hands on it. The keys are very "clicky". Rather noisy. Overall everything works very well and came ready to plug and play straight out of the box without charging. It only comes with one charging cord. So, you can only charge one item at a time. This solved all of my problems with laptop keyboard and than some. Laptop keyboard was marked with all lower case letters on smaller keys with no backlight. NOW I can see what I am doing and making less mistakes. I had a little problem with keyboard and mouse.. Chalk that up to being 76 years old and always having problems with new things. The mouse is cool. Changes colors all the time when you set it to. May have to recharge mor often but that's ok. Keyboard it a bit smaller than I'm used to. All the keys are really close together so sometimes I fat finger and hit 2 keys at the same time. But I'm get better as time goes on. Out of the box it was a really nice combo set. The customization of the colored lights on the keyboard and mouse were exactly what I purchased it for, but it didn’t last long. After about a year the keys began to fade and well-used keys were eventually worn clear of their markings. At about a year and a half the set failed completely. Update customer service was extremely fast and understanding tried to help troubleshoot and fix the issue and eventually just sent a replacement within a week . Very easy to work with and made it right the new one has no problems and works great. Old review..several keys that stick and are just dead at times which can get quite annoying also the mouse scroll wheel grinds when using. Not as quiet as claiming to be either especially with the sticking key issues. Being that I Work at night makes it quite loud. Overall the backlit keyboard function is good and the larger print is easier to see. Read more

I really love these products. They both light up when used. There is a usb charger that charges either the keyboard or mouse whenever they need to be charged. There's a warning light that shows when they're needing charged soon. It's less than once a week, though, and I use them constantly. Read more

UPDATE: I wanted to update this review after a recent contact from this company. I still stand by my original review as far as the charging capability of this keyboard is concerned, but if you don't mind keeping the keyboard plugged in, it would work for you. I did like the look, feel and function of the keyboard, I just needed it to be wireless for extended periods of time. Customer service for this company is EXCELLENT. Ann, from this company, saw my review and offered my another keyboard (which I had already replaced) or a full refund for the item. You certainly don't see that very often anymore and it was much appreciated. Certainly, not everyone purchasing this keyboard/mouse combo had this problem, so please don't hesitate to try this combo, because I believe my experience was more of a flook and wouldn't hesitate to rely on this company to make it right. I needed a new keyboard and I have poor vision so was looking for some help when I use the computer. This enlarged, backlit keyboard and mouse seemed to fit the bill. Set up was easy, everything felt and worked well, followed the limited instructions to a tee. The keyboard won't stay charged for more than a 12-16 hour use and that is with turning the keyboard to the "off" position when I am going to be away for any length of time. I have NEVER seen the "green flashing light" that is supposed to occur when it is running low...it has just stopped working in the middle of using it and had to be plugged in to continue. THEN, the red light is supposed to be on when it is charging, which it is, but in my case, the red light never goes out. So not only do I not know WHEN it is fully charged, the light continues to be lit a full day+, after plugging it in. Mouse works great and I have YET to need to recharge it. Go figure. Read more
