The company responded the next day and offered a full refund and showed me where the usb receiver was actually located in the battery compartment. The mouse works excellently is very comfortable on these old hands. I didn’t accept the refund because the mouse wasn’t faulty and an excellent mouse. Mouse is great and the company is as well. Their offer was well past the return date but still offered a refund and help. Thanks for the help. Nice mouse but totally useless with out the usb receiver. My computer was being used by a student. When she returned my computer I tried to setup the mouse. I looked up connecting and realized no usb receiver. Bought in December but just now (May 23) tried to connect. So disappointing. Won’t buy from this seller again. Overall it’s ergonomically comfortable and probably would work fine but I’ll never know. Read more

This works as represented. Several reviewers have commented on the fact the mouse turns off and requires a click to restart. This is probably a battery saving feature and easily invoked without consequence by the right button. Read more

If you're looking a wireless mouse that is affordable but reliable this one would make a great selection. I've had it for a few days now and really enjoy it. I'm especially a fan of the sleep mode. It seems to have a decent battery life. I've had others in the past that needed batteries after a few days of heavy usage but this one doesn't seem to be like that. The ergonomic hand shape is so comfortable. I don't think that I can go back to a traditional mouse after using this one. This mouse is feather-light. Initially, I thought it'd have some weight to it since it is slightly bigger than a traditional mouse, but it's actually lighter than my old one. It glides well across surfaces minus a mouse pad. I didn't have any issues with getting it to connect to my computer. Would definitely purchases this mouse again if needed in the future. Read more

After a few months of use mines started bugging out a little but they customer support was very helpful and the responded in a hour or so and sent me a replacement free of charge. The mouse itself is very nice to hold. Read more

It fits really good in my hand, used for working and gaming, the extra buttons come in handy. For how cheap it was, I was expecting it to break in a week but it works like a charm, very smooth, weighs nothing, no issue connecting to different computers. It does feel like cheap plastic but maybe it is high quality. Needs 2 triple A batteries that are not included. Read more

If the idea of taking $10 and throwing it down the sewer sounds appealing to you, then do I have the mouse for you! My first one from the two-pack stopped working in less than 48 hours. Put two different brands of brand-new batteries in it, but it would only turn on for a split second before shutting off. So I thought maybe I was unlucky and got a bad one, and decided to try the second one from the two-pack. That one lasted less than 3 hours! (not a typo). And for the couple hours it actually worked, the mouse button would get stuck often, forcing long, unwanted, multiple clicks on things. But that annoyance lasted only a short time as it soon died exactly like the first one. In short, complete pieces of garbage. Two mice for $9.99, you get what you pay for. I thought this would would die on me in a matter of weeks but wow was I proven wrong. I have taken this mouse everywhere with me as I like to use it with my laptop. I used to take some care for it since I thought it was a fragile product but for the past few months I have been cramming it in my bag when I travel and every time the mouse functions the same as before.
