no longer working correctly after only a few months

My husband wanted these to wear at work and he was very particular about how they should fit. He likes them and says they are easy to use. The sound is good and they respond to touch when he wants to pause the sound or answer the phone. update: These only worked for a few months and then the right earbud sound was really low. I tried all the suggestions that the manufacturer suggested and nothing worked. If I tried to turn up the right earbud the left one which was normal turned to blasting. These are no longer useable .
