I received this yesterday and immediately put my phone in it to make sure that it fit. In its case, my phone is exactly 6.5 inches tall. It went in with a bit of maneuvering, but then it stuck there, and getting it out again was a challenge. That's why I know that the inside of the bag is exactly 6.5 inches wide. :) Because there are some flexible plastic pieces on the sides to stop things from falling out when the bag is open, it's not possible to put the phone in at an angle. So if your phone is more than 6" tall, don't plan on putting it in this bag. Otherwise, it's cute. The chain is detachable, so you can use any strap you'd like, or none, and there's room for a little wallet, keys, and so on. Glasses will fit in a thin case. I got this for going to a theater where the staff paws through bags with their bare hands, hoping that they'll resist the urge if they can see everything inside. When they're done, I'll put it into a little tote bag, along with my phone, so my belongings won't be visible all night. It also occurs to me that it's easily customizable with stickers, or even just a sheet of paper inside, so you can show support for your favorite team, band, etc., and could be fun for kids, too.
