Unfortunately didn’t work for me.

I used these sticky pads to hang paper garlands, and at first I was very happy with how easy they were to cut and install. Unfortunately, the garlands started falling off the next day. At first, I thought the surface might not be suitable for this type of adhesive (even though regular double-sided tape worked on it last year), but since some garlands fell with the sticker still attached and some stickers stayed stuck to the surface, I don’t think the issue is solely the surface type.
