As a first time cake sickle maker, i was worried I wouldn’t be able to get them out, would have to cut the part where to stick goes in, and that they wouldn’t hold their shape. When I did a tester, everything went great. They do bulge a bit if packed too much with denser fillings (like cake) but can easily be shaped up. Definitely fun to use, very durable and extremely easy to clean. And if I’m not mistaken, (definitely freezer safe) but dishwasher safe. Size is great as well! I am loving these molds. They are a perfect portion size and the pops come out easily. The molds are very easy to wash by hand or you can pop them into the dishwasher. They are sturdy enough to set right into the freezer, but I prefer to stick them on a tray. Rather way, they freeze well. The set comes with wooden sticks which I have replaced with silicone ones that can be washed and reused. There is a slot in the tray to slide the sticks into so they sit nicely in the molds. These molds are exactly as described—easy to use and easy to clean. My only surprise (and I haven’t seen anyone else mention this) is that there’s no cover. You have to place them carefully in the freezer and hope nothing spills. Also, if they sit for a few days, the top can look a little weird—not very appetizing—but the side that pops out looks great. I am satisfied with these molds, they are easy to remove from mold and they come with 2 molds and wooden popsicle sticks. My issue with these molds are mainly with my water based recipes they tend to spill out and drip onto the kitchen floor😭 and on one popsicle stick insert it is leaking☹️. So very helpful and easy to make popsicles and at the same time frustrating if it’s a water based popsicle solution. Read more
