I have tried many KT tape brands and this one in my opinion has the best adhesion. Even after wearing it for an entire day, after a morning working and taking it off at the end of the day, it still has great adhesion. Most other companies they are easier to take off, but by no means it’s lost adhesion but it isn’t like I had the impression it was still strong. The tape is most likely other tapes where it has lines and dotted lines so it helps with sizing your own strips. The only thing I’m not a fan of is price. A lot of my other brands, for this same price I can get an additional roll and the question becomes, does this brand warrant the price and one less roll for the same price? My wife ordered this to help support a previously fractured ankle. She found it difficult to use from the start as it sticks to itself so much that you almost can’t unroll it. (It would be nice if there was a little tab at the start of each roll like office tape.) Once you get it off the roll, it’s very thin and flimsy. Folds over on itself easily and is rendered useless. This is pretty decent finger tape, but I find that it peels up by itself. It is nice and stretchy, very comfortable to wear, breathable and offers a good amount of protection, but mid-lifting session, my tape's edges were peeling up and rolling back. A few times I had to stop my workout to cut off the flap that refused to stick back down. The adhesion it has is good since it doesn't pull any hairs or leave residue on the skin, but it just doesn't last when stuck to itself, which is strange to me. Read more

I used this under my winter gloves for using my roof rake. I get horrible blisters from the damp pole constantly sliding back and forth across my thumb joint. Well the snow is not stopping so I have to rake once a week and this has saved me a ton of pain and discomfort. It is easy to use and stays in place. Can't ask for anything more. Read more
