It is very cheap, and it is maple wood. Good for lighter drumming, but will dent for heavier hints. No worries though, it’ll be able to take a bunch of dents before any problem arises. If the dents bother you for any reason, look into hickory. The sound quality is fine, the grip is good. It plays well, good for beginners- a light tan color with caramel lines in it. Read more
