Comfortable and fit well, other than needing to be shortened. The inseam on the petite version is too long for me, so I ordered the regular length; this allowed me to cut off fabric before hemming instead of having to pick out the hem before trimming and rehemming. The size guide is misleading. I initially ordered the size that corresponded to my measurements in the size guide, but that turned out to be too loose. Ordered a size down and they fit better. This is for the size 16W Petite. First off, I didn't realize these were petite. I need regular. I liked the material & quality. Length was fine. Too short in hips so crotch rode up. Elastic waist band was tight, although the jeans I currently wear are baggy from losing weight, so maybe I need to get used to the elastic band. Read more

First off, I've worn this brand and style of pants for years. The pants are great quality - they last me about two or three years of regular wear and then I replace them. I don't know what is going on with the sizing, but this pair I ordered a size down as my current pairs are running a bit large and tend to slide down when I'm wearing them. When I received these, I didn't even try them on because they seemed so big right out of the bag. I held them up to my current pair and they were THREE INCHES longer and over an inch bigger in the waist! You could see the entire outline of the new pair underneath my old pair - which was a full size larger. I realize they would shrink a bit, but not nearly enough. TL;DR - I have these in size 30W and bought a size down at 28W and the new pair was larger and longer than the old (larger size) pair. Really wonky sizing - be prepared to send some back to find the correct fit. And on that note - thank you Amazon for your amazing and effortless return policy!! It is much appreciated and why I purchased these pants through Amazon rather than the manufacturer's site. As far as quality goes - it is excellent. Good, heavyweight fabric, nice stitching, decent pockets. One thing, the legs are REALLY wide - not quite a "full" cut but definitely along the lines of a boot cut. These are not tapered at all.
