These are thinner than i thought they'd be but man are they comfortable. I got a 3x since I was concerned about sizes running small, but they for sure don't. I'm 5'9 255 lbs and the 3x is pretty large on me. The legs are long and I have to tie them up above my belly button to keep them from dragging on the ground Hemming them will be a little hard due to the embroidery, but it's manageable. these will be perfect for wearing over leggings on colder days. I have purchased many of these same black pants thru the years ... at least they have the same description of "Woman Within Better Fleece Pants". They are super comfortable and having the option of Petite for the length is a huge plus for me. I like the wide elastic waistband combined with the drawstring because I have a smaller waist and big hips/thighs and these fit perfectly. The pockets are also great with a nice depth to them and retain their shape. I purchased this last pair only 2 months ago. However, the material they are using now may be super soft but it is pilling terribly. In fact, these are much more worn looking than my pairs from November of 2021 and January of 2022. I still have several pairs from as far back as 15 years ago and even though they are slightly faded, the material is still smooth with no pilling. It is just this last pair that are definitely only good enough for around home. I haven't found any other priced right, loose fitting, right length, wide elastic with drawstring, with pockets, black pants to replace these so I remain ever hopeful that Woman Within will choose to go back to the previous quality of fabric in their future offerings of these. Beware. Sweatpants are not the same from this company, even if you order the same size. I have a Medium pair of these sweatpants in a dark gray heather (Made in Malaysia) and they fit great! I ordered the purple pair in Medium. Now they have a tag on them that says do not remove if you're going to return them. I'm thinking, why would I need to return since they're the right size. I always turn them inside out to wash and dry to get rid of the loose fleece. Well, I'm walking on the bottoms of the legs. I looked at the tag. These were made in Pakistan. Evidently, they all don't use the same tape measures. So now I'm stuck with a pair of $3?.?? Sweatpants. Read more

These hold up super well (I have many from previous purchases from over a year ago and they are still looking great). I am 450 lbs and 6' tall. I order the 6T and they are huge on me and the perfect length. I love these for lounging around, so the huge size aspect is exactly what I want. I highly recommend. Finding plus size sweatpants that fit large hips is not easy. I had been purchasing another brand that fit well, but really wanted pockets. So glad I discovered this brand. The material is soft and thick and warm and the pockets are nicely sized. The elastic on the waist is not too tight, and I love the fact that the bottom of the pats do not have elastic so I don't have to struggle to get them off. Yesterday I took trail walk through open prairie on a 45 degree day with biting winds. These pants kept me very warm. Read more
