I LOVE these jeans! The last pair I ordered -- a different style -- required a belt because I was constantly pulling them up. They fit, but not like these do. These don't need a belt, yet they're not tight, perfect length, and the fit is far better than all my other jeans. I was hesitant to order them because jeans are really difficult to get right, which is why I've been wearing only knit pants and sweats for years now -- but I still prefer jeans, so I'm delighted, and I'm checking them out in other colors (except for purple, pink, white and . . . okay, I'm checking out only the blue ones. These are black, so I think now I can get rid of my worn-out sweats and even toss out my black tights. I have worn a certain brand of jeans, w/ a bit of stretch, for years. I loved them for the fit, and the colors they had-in addition to the many shades they came in several shades of blue denim & a variety of other colors, that changed every couple of years. But, they’re being phased out-OF COURSE. I’ve ordered a lot from Woman Within over the years, but I never had much luck w/ any of their jeans, because I’m SHORT & average sizes are 3” too long & petite sizes too short—till now. I decided to try these because they had a bit of stretch & an amazing selection of colors. I decided to TRY the petite version, actually because the color I wanted wasn’t available in average—& they’d need to be shortened. The petites fit PERFECTLY! Just the right amount of stretch to have a bit of give, but not so much they didn’t feel like denim. I liked them so much, I bought 2 more pairs-AND, they have some gorgeous spring shades, so I’m buying 3 more pairs so they don’t sell out on me! I bought the emerald green(the ones that caught my attention-the color is SO pretty) the blackberry or burgundy & the light khaki . Going to buy the light purple, yellow, light green—& maybe others. I'm hard to fit. At 5'11" with a high waist, straight hips and long legs in a plus size (24 long). I need a 34"+ length with a straight hip. I often have to buy mens jeans. But these jeans fit well and I like the colors choices. They are a little baggy through the inner thigh, but they fit well overall through the rear, waist, hips and legs. They are not cut for a rounder hip or full rear! They are as shown. They run true to size with a long leg length. They may shrink slightly with washing, but come back with wear as they have a little spandex. They may bag slightly in the legs if sitting a lot, but again, washing brings them right back. Sometimes the waistband is a bit loose as I have a curved waist, and the back can stick out a little when sitting, but I haven't had difficulty with tops bunching up when hanging over it. They are mostly a medium weight and normally durable. They wash well, are mostly wrinkle free and color fast, with very slight fading. I've owned several pair over the years in different colors and some wear better than others with weight and color. They don't tend to stain or bleed in the wash. I like them for color variety, but I prefer the heavier, stretchier Lee jeans for regular blue jeans. Read more

Jeans are too low-cut in the back and fall down when I walk. They are unwearable. My first order of two pairs of jeans (boot cut and straight-leg) were much too large. I shipped the jeans back to Woman Within, and ordered three more pairs in smaller sizes. The smaller sizes fit snugly when I'm standing, but literally fall down when I walk. I had to hike-up the pants with every step I took, holding up my jeans by the belt loop until I got home to change pants. Two months after I returned my first order the jeans were sent back to me with no explanation. No refund. I contacted the vendor and they said the window of return was closed, but there was no return-by date on the approval. Regardless, more time should be given for shipping and COVID isolation delays. I now have five pairs of jeans that are unwearable. Will not order from this company again. Read more
