I can't say this itches, per se, but I can definitely say that it provides entirely too much sensation. I'm aware of it when I shouldn't be, if that makes sense. I have a history of getting things that other reviewers rave about and finding them entirely intolerable, so if that's an experience you're familiar with, skip this one. If you generally are not sensitive to fabrics and find that when other folks rave about softness, you always (or at least the vast majority of the time) agree, then this is a much more likely bet. The color is as pictured, and it's cute and true-ish to size (a bit small for an oversized item). It does not feel particularly expensive in the hand, but it's not screaming cheap, either. For me this again comes down to physical comfort, and it's just not that for me. It's plenty warm for folks who tolerate it well, though, and substantial enough to be a true winter sweater, at least where I am. Read more

This is a cute, plushy sweater that looks just like the picture! It is also extremely warm—I wore it a couple of times during the lead-up to Valentine's Day, and it was perfect for handling the blistering February air. Also, I got some compliments on it. It is definitely chunky with a squarish fit, however; don't expect feminine tailoring here. I would describe the quality as midrange. Washing it was no problem, and I opted to air dry it, which took a while, but no pilling resulted. Note: the hearts are only on the front of the sweater. That's okay, it doesn't look bad like that. I still plan to wear this sweater as weather permits, as it is versatile and cute piece. I would recommend it. Read more
