Has lots of storage space, and the opening is wide and far enough back that it's easy to load and to access the laptop compartment (my chief complaint about the backpack it's replacing). It has plenty of compartments for pens and miscellaneous items (wallet, keys, etc). The side pockets stretch wide enough to hold a 1 liter bottle of water. The padded straps make it comfortable to carry. At first I thought it was missing a loop at the top to grab it by when preparing to exit the classroom, but I was mistaken. The ivory of the bag is lovely too, much nicer than a stark white. - Functionality There are 2 places to store a water bottle which I love, both on the outside. There are also a bunch of zippered compartments to store various things. The zippers glide easily and do not stick or get caught on the fabric. - Composition The fabric is really soft but still strong.
