I was looking for a warm, tunic-length sweater to wear with leggings. This sweater does the trick. It is quite soft and surprisingly stretchy. I wear a size small and it worked well. My friend, who is a size large, tried it on, and it also fit her, though isn't quite as long for her. The only negative was the smell. This sweater really is oversized. If you want a loose fit, order your usual size. If you want a huge fit, order up one size. I wear a Large, and it is the perfect tunic size/length for me, which is what I wanted. The sweater material is thick and did not pill when I washed/dried it. I wore it for the first time last week to my son's school, and it was warm enough to wear in the cool outside weather, but I didn't overheat when I was inside the school. I also inadvertently wore a white bra underneath without thinking, but it didn't show through the sweater at all. I got the black sweater, and sometimes sweaters have those little "holes" where you can kind of see through, if that makes sense. But I don't have that issue with this sweater, so I think it's great quality. I haven't had to wash it too many times yet, so time will tell if it will shrink or pill eventually, but so far, I don't foresee that happening. Read more

Love the feel and quality of this oversize sweater. It is amazingly soft and comfortable. The sweater is thick enough to be warm, but does not feel overly bulky. The cable pattern on it is very attractive, and adds to the oversize look as well. I ordered the black sweater, which has an ever-so-slight fading to it, rather than being the deepest and darkest of blacks. Wanting a really oversized look, I ordered this sweater one size up, in a large. I am a short-waisted, medium-size person – 5’5”. This sweater’s length is good, coming to the mid thigh area. The photo in the advertisement shows it hanging straight, but my experience was different. There is a thin elastic at the very bottom that makes it slightly tighter. I do prefer the straight hanging look more, as a tighter bottom can make it look slightly boxy. For this reason, I am glad that I ordered the large. This sweater is the true definition of oversized. I ordered a small thinking it would fit my teenage daughter similar to the model on the product images. However, it was way too big for her. I tried it on myself. I typically wear between a L/XL. It was still too large for me to wear as an oversized sweater with jeans. Even the sleeves were too long for me. It might look alright if paired with a set of leggings. The material is very soft and seems to be made of high quality material. The color is bright. Stitching in the seams were neat as well.
