These are cool, chunky, stylish boots. They were comfortable right out of the box, and didn't require any time breaking them in. They have a bit of height to them, and they are heavier than some other boots, but I didn't notice the weight after wearing them for a few minutes. They feel sturdy and well made. They do run a little bit large, so there was a little extra room in the toe area, but nothing that made that big of a difference.
