These don't come with an undergarment. They are completely see through so you need a pair of black underwear or bicycle shorts to wear with them. Super soft and silky mesh material, breathable and cool but I feel like they'd keep your legs from freezing when it gets cooler. I've worn them outside in the heat and they worked well enough. They fit well and look great, but dyed literally everything they touched blue. My socks, shoes, fit bit band, white leather chair, tile flooring, and my legs and hands were all blue.
