This is a really cute coverup, but it runs quite small. I normally wear a size small, and this felt more like an extra small and it's definitely more shorter overall than what is shown in the photo. It barely covers my bicep when worn as pictured. That said, I tried wearing it the opposite way with the short side off the shoulder, and it actually looked super cute! The media could not be loaded. This sheer knit poncho style cover up has a nice lightweight feel, but it doesn’t look quite like the pictures. Online it appears more structured and elegant, but in person it drapes in a looser, less flattering way. On the positive side, the fabric is airy and comfortable, making it a decent option for summer evenings, beachwear, or layering over a tank top. It does provide a light extra layer without feeling heavy or warm, so I can see it being useful in casual settings. The off shoulder design is also cute, but it does not stay in place as well as I would like. Overall, this piece is okay if you are looking for a very casual, lightweight shrug. However, if you are purchasing with the expectation that it will match the chic, styled look in the photos, you may end up disappointed.
