This very lightweight shoulder cover in black is a bit see through in a soft acrylic fabric. Based on the photos, it should be bigger than what I got. I'd say it's half the size of what the models are wearing. In the photos, it drapes over their arms way past their elbows. In reality, it's a simple cover with a hole open on the side to put your head through. It lays over the shoulders with one side falling just below the elbow and the other side only halfway between the shoulder and elbow. For this reason, it seems like more of a child's size than a ladies cut. It would be great for a light shoulder cover but will not provide much warmth at all. I'm a little disappointed. Looks like a weird scarf but it is a poncho type of shrug that is perfection! It will offer you extra coverage and warmth, maybe you need it for modesty or to ward off a chill from an air conditioned bus while traveling. It is just indispensable, and I have a couple. Black is a solid choice…one size fits all. I highly recommend you get a couple of them. I can’t imagine anyone not loving this! Nicely knitted fabric, breathable and wearable. It doesn't stretch enough to be worn off one shoulder, so I'm kind of "stuck with it" as it's shown in the seller's first photo, but that is what it is. When the weather gets cooler it'll extend the season where I'm able to wear my tanks and strappy dresses and still keep my shoulders covered/warm. This poncho shrug was disappointing as soon as I opened the package. The fabric feels thin and cheaply made, and it looks nothing like the way it’s styled on the model. The material is lightweight and stretchy, which might be useful for packing or travel, but it doesn’t drape nicely. It tends to cling and wrinkle in a way that makes it look inexpensive. The design is easy enough to throw on, but it doesn’t add the polished touch that I was hoping for. It is strictly for show not for warmth. I thought it might at least keep my shoulders warmer in cold restaurants but it doesn't. The way it hangs keeps slipping and I end up with it hanging too far forward or backward. The knit is very pretty but it just doesn't solve my problem. Read more
