The quality of this is nothing like what the picture is. The picture looks like a beautiful, warm coat. What I received is a thin, poor quality, and frankly, very ugly jacket. I highly recommend that you don’t shop third parties, because returns are not guaranteed. This third party wouldn’t respond to my return request. Thankfully Customer service helped me. Completely the wrong size - ordered a 2XL and basically got a size medium with the wrong tag. The material is shoddy at best, very cheap, looks NOTHING like the photo. And the worst part is they don't allow returns so I'm out $30 for a piece of garbage. Not sure how Amazon allows sellers like this to scam their customers. Read more

I was really excited for this coat based on the photos, but what I received looks nothing like the product pictured. The material is extremely cheap and overall it just looks and feels poorly made. To make matters worse, it is not returnable, which is very frustrating considering the quality. I don’t want others to make the same mistake I did.
