My wife went grocery shopping three days before Christmas (bless her heart) and picked up a microwavable meal that she loves. The problem comes up when it's a meal that I also love. Without obtaining the proper authorization, I consumed said meal as I was vacation from work to watch our two boys who are on their winter break. I remember at the time that I thought, "hey....that was nice of her to get this for me since I have to constantly be on my toes watching my boys during winter break to make sure they don't burn down the house. I have to remember to thank her when she gets home late tonight." Nope. That was my mistake. Thankfully, these showed up the same day to rescue me from almost certain suffering. My wife took them out of the packaging, examined the soft and very comfortable polyester, thought well of the baggy feel to them, and granted me a pardon based upon many years of faithful service combined with being young and inexperienced. She wore them around the house last night and slept in them very comfortably. They didn't bind up like baggy clothes normally do when you sleep in them and they didn't allow her to get too hot and sweaty. Although she really loves the plaid pattern, she said that she doesn't feel like she would be comfortable wearing them outside the house. Rather, these are her new 'lounge pants" for relaxing around the house. So if the significant other makes the occasional mistake and they need to redeem themselves, just put a pair of these in your shared Amazon wish list and casually drop a hint here and there. Hopefully before you know it, it just might show up at the right, manufactured time they need to show their appreciation to for all the work you do in your relationship.
