Women Y2k Rugby Polo Shirt Striped Knit Sweater Long Sleeve Collared V Neck Sweatshirt Oversized Pullover Tops

I got this Y2k Rugby Polo Shirt in a medium because I thought it would fit my 12 year old granddaughter who is very athletic: She plays flag football, soccer, basketball, and ice hockey. She is a true medium in women's clothes, but as a pre-teen, her taste in clothing, I assume, is different from an older teen. With that clarification out of the way, here's what she said: It's soft and it's stretchy and fits like a medium. But, she didn't want to keep it. It's apparently not what kids, even atheletic kids, her age are wearing. The shoulders are a lot wider than medium shirts I have seen, but I was told by my poppet that that's the way the shirt is supposed to look. She explained that it's meant to be worn looser than a regular (I think that means tailored) shirt. Point taken. I thought the shirt looked good on her, but It doesn't matter what an old geezer thinks (my words, not hers), it wouldn't fit in with her crowd. For them, it's T-shirts and sweatshirts. I'll know for the next time. But, for the quality and the feel, as well as the fit, I give it five stars. I think it looks good, but that's a personal preference. It seems to be very good quality (very nice stitching and the stripes line up at the seams). It's made of 22% Polyamide, 28% Polyester, and 50% Viscose. This shirt has really high quality. My daughter washed it and wore it and so many people began complimenting the shirt including me. The colors were very good. My wife thought this was cute and we received it with no problems at all. She is 5’8” and this is a size medium. She says it fits great and feels like good material.
