I have been looking high and low for the perfect black sweater and I finally found it! The black color is black, not charcoal or off black, but the blackest black. It's soft and not itchy. Fits true to size (loose fit, but not too loose) Im able to wear a t-shirt underneath and still feel comfortable. There's a little stretch, but not like spandex. This is a lightweight wool sweater in a vivid shade of red in a size 2x (which is very similar to an XXL. I am a 16/18 for size reference). This Long sleeved warm sweater has a round neck, tapered arms and sleeves and a banded waist. Even though this sweater is super lightweight, it is warm and great for cold weather! I like the traditional styling of the sweater and the fact that you could dress it down with jeans or dress it up with a skirt. To make my sweaters last longer I launder them inside out in cool water and air dry them flat to preserve the fabrics natural wool so that it lasts longer. This wool sweater has been great for the cooler fall days and will transition well into the winter months. I wore it to work and it looks great with both dressy pants and casual jeans. With the sleek and light weight material I think it would work well with a collared shirt underneath and won't feel bulky at all. I got it in beige and it goes with anything but I am also thinking of getting the red for the holidays. For a 100% wool sweater I think the price was quite good. I got it in small which sometimes feels a bit tight or not long enough but sweater fits perfectly and still has a little extra room.
