So I ordered this because the listing said “merino wool” and in my mind that translates to “soft as a cloud that moisturizes your soul.” When it arrived, I put it on and thought, “Ah yes… wool. Definitely wool.” The tag on it also says "wool" not "merino wool" like some of my other sweaters say. It's not super merino-soft, but also not the kind of itchy that makes you reconsider all your life choices. Let’s call it politely scratch-adjacent. But honestly? I still love it. It’s a thin, lightweight sweater (praise be — no bulky Michelin Man vibes here), and it’s surprisingly warm for fall and will absolutely pull its weight in winter too. The marbled pink color is ridiculously cute — like “I’m effortlessly adorable but also ready to order a pumpkin spice latte with confidence” cute. It fits true to size, not tight at all (bless), and it does that perfect little front-tuck with jeans that says, “Yes, I tried… but like, not too hard.” Add a belt and cute shoes and suddenly you're the main character of autumn.
